  2. All Petigree Pets customers will be treated promptly and respectfully without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, social or economic status.
  3. Staff members are responsible for providing the best customer service possible and are empowered to make decisions that will ensure the best experience for each customer.
  4. Petigree Pets recognises that our customer's needs are as unique and varied as the individuals themselves. Business will be fair and completed in an appropriate time frame and our customers will be always treated with honesty and integrity.
  5. We will listen to our customers and try to provide the services that they really want. We will not assume that we know what they want, we will really find out and listen to the facts.

  7. A customer with complaints about the service received or about Petigree Pets policy shall be referred to the manager on duty at the time or to Petigree Pets director.
